Every 5 years, Victorian water businesses are required to develop a price submission – a plan that outlines the services, investment and infrastructure needed to support customers and communities.

Our next plan will cover 2028 to 2033 and will help shape the water and sewerage services we provide, where we invest and how we plan for the future.

The plan is independently reviewed by the Essential Services Commission (ESC) before it is finalised.

Developing a price submission takes around 2 years.

We gather feedback from customers, communities and stakeholders, alongside research and long-term planning to understand priorities and future needs.

We then develop a proposed plan for 2028–33, which is independently reviewed by the Essential Services Commission (ESC) before a final decision is made.

We want to understand what matters most to our customers and communities as we plan ahead.
